Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
Each state mandates that Attorneys attend mandatory Continuing Legal Educational (CLE) courses on a regular basis in order to maintain certain standards of professional competence throughout their careers.
WHI currently offers several programs on Construction geared toward Delays and Inefficiencies in Construction, as well as the use of CPM Schedules in Analyzing Claims and how to present a CPM Analysis in the Court of Law.
Attorneys will receive credit for each session they attend and may also receive credits in multiple states for courses approved in that jurisdiction through reciprocity.
Cost to Attend
WHI typically does not charge for its Educational Training Seminars and usually only requires to have its expenses reimbursed.
